GreenKey sends conversational and transactional SMS messages to customers and prospects who have requested an EV charger installation from GreenKey, either directly or through an authorized referral partner. Messages may include: initial follow-up after lead submission, quote delivery and clarification, appointment scheduling and confirmations, permit and utility status updates, installation-day logistics and arrival notifications, equipment and product reference links sent in direct response to customer questions, and post-installation follow-up. We do not send mass-marketing or promotional broadcasts through this program.
You consent to receive SMS messages from GreenKey by any of the following methods:
Message frequency varies based on the status of your installation inquiry or project. Most customers receive between 1 and 10 messages during an active engagement.

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number.
